What is Digital Dialog:

Virtual characters or avatars are computer-generated figures that respond to their human dialogue partner through artificial intelligence (AI). They convey knowledge or counsel customers. The immediate feedback the customer gets from the avatar increases acceptability and benefit. Behind the avatar is the "Digital Storytelling" (Digital Dialogue) which allows an intelligent dialogue control.
